General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Mechanic will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Forage Pellet and Cube Mill operations from a day-to-day standpoint. The Mechanic will also be expected to be an integral member of the safety program and workplace leader in the aspect of safety and operations. Must have a working understanding of the principles of extrusion, pelleting, particle size reduction, and dry bulk material handling
Responsible for and abiding by all aspects of plant and employee safety as outlined in the Wilbur-Ellis Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System

Meet and complete all WECO regulatory safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficient with spreadsheets
• Answer phones and take messages
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory
• Assist with receiving in inventory as needed
Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks and expense reports
• Carry out a full-cycle A/P
• Sort, log, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
• Handle administrative tasks for the Finance Department
• Assist with reconciliations and general ledger duties
• Maintain written processes

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for posting payments, following up on late or missed payment.
