Through application of standard business best practices in relation to Information Technology: support ongoing operations in a production environment and guarantee availability of services, while maintaining systems currently in place, as well as planning for future expansion, upgrades, maintenance and configuration. Services include (but not limited to) Point of Sale, Property Management Systems, Retail Sales, VOIP PBX, Switch Management, Wireless Technology, Windows 2003-2012 Server Administration, Backup Management, Firewall and Network Management, Antivirus Remote Administration, Inventory Management Solutions, Windows Group Policy, Active Directory and Layer 1 to Layer 3 network infrastructure support and design, including Domain and DNS management.
Provide technical expertise on systems and recommendations for improvements.

Scope of Work (Daily):

-- Log clearing (all systems) including all servers, network switches, domain controller and application server.
-- Provide Tier III support to all end users.
-- Record and log all events and requests for support for historical data and trends using Spiceworks Help Desk.
-- System Monitoring and verification of operational status continuously.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager/PVCA Board, for the overall maintenance and up-keep of the common areas and infrastructure of Condo complex. Essential duties include but are not limited to: 1) Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting, and roof repairs 2) Repairing and treating structures such as outside gates, walls and building exteriors. 3) Trash collection and removal. 4) Grounds maintenance, debris pick-up, sweeping and walkway maintenance. 5) Under direction of the Property manager may at times be responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance. 6) Pool and Pool area maintenance and upkeep.
