We are looking for candidates with 2+ years’ experience cooking in a busy full-service restaurant.
You must be RELIABLE and enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You are also a TEAM PLAYER who takes pride in delivering excellence for our customers.
Primary responsibility
* Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Nauti Bar & Grille
* Inspect and clean, and maintain food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
* Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, fryers, roasters, and other kitchen equipment.
* Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
* Knows and complies consistently with the restaurant’s standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
* Responsible for the quality of products served.
* Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support a smooth service period.
* Handles, stores, and rotates all food products and supplies according to restaurant policies and procedures.
* Portion, arrange, and garnish food, according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications and serve food to servers or guests.
* Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes.
* Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
* Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
* Closes the kitchen following the closing checklist for kitchen stations and assists others in closing the kitchen.
* Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
* Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

We are seeking a single female caregiver to assist us with an elderly female family member. The right person would have at least two references, two years experience, and have their own transportation. This position would only be for Friday's and Saturday's from 8 am to 8 pm. Additional days can be added when needed, and works days can change based on scheduling.

Job Summary:
The position is responsible assisting the hotel manager with supervising the daily operations in all departments of the hotel to ensure accuracy, quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety, and security meet company standards.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Associate degree preferred-Preferably in hotel management or related field.
2+ years’ experience in a management or 5 years' in a supervisory role
