I am seeking a C4D or similar for acreage. I am a 100% disabled vet (good for you because that means GAURANTEED income). I Don't have much to put down but have no problem for making the monthly payments.
What am I looking for?? 10-40 acres. Must be private. Must have timber (some old growth trees). 3/4 of the property must be wooded (don't want to see neighbors or have people from the road see my abode). Even though I prefer no neighbors or want my privacy I want the property to be no more than 30-40 miles from a Walmart or similar style retailer.
Must be zoned properly. Must have power at road. It would be great if there is a shack on the property that is livable (I was in military so I can tolerate a lot). Of course a fixer up is ok. Shack not required like everything else but would prefer.
Lastly, I am trying to live more the subsistence style of living. There must be verifiable wildlife on property (i.e. deer, bear, grouse, or any other big game animals)
There is a chance that if property is approved by VA funding I could pay off C4D early once credit gets better.
You have nothing to lose. You can take the property if I were to welch ( wont happen cuz of gauranteed pay).
I am almost 50 and it is time to live this lifestyle before my time comes. Please take the chance you wont be sorry!
Lastly some people have been nice enough to flag this very ad. What is wrong with it? I am a 100% disabled war-time vet that does not currently meet the requirements of using his gauranteed VA Home loan.
