I am in search and in desperate need of a one bedroom rental in Butte,MT. I am recovering from financial hardship due to covid therefore I qualify for emergency rental assistance that can pay my deposit, first month's rent, and 3 months of rent at a time. Alongside that I have recently just graduated from college online with a web and graphic design certification and my monthly income is made up of my freelance projects charging $80/hr as well as a full time job working from home.
I'm a quiet and clean tenant, have no pets, and keeps things tidy. I'm gaining traction on getting back on my feet and have been bouncing back full force. I am communicative and reasonable and do not partake in any illegal activity. I have no criminal record and am actively working with a debt consolidation company to squash my small debts. I have been building my credit score up with them consistently since last year and I'm almost to the score needed to be approved for my first time home buyers loan.
It's so difficult finding affordable housing. I need to find something asap. Please. Anything helps.

Hi friends
I'm looking for 5+ acres of pasture to rent June - October near Divide, MT for my pack llamas. I run a very small summer and fall outfitting business and looking for a staging area. I'll start offering day trips which will require us to be in and out frequently. Ideally, I'd want to put a camper on the property for security to act as a basecamp.
We'll be working with local businesses.
Willing to make improvements on property as needed.
Long term lease desired.
References available.
Looking buy 20+ acres of year round access.
About llamas...they are easy keepers.
They can graze grass down but rarely pull up root balls like horses.
They use a community dung pile with the poop looking like deer or elk droppings.
They have a padded split toe which is very low impact on the pasture.
I equate about 6 llamas to 1 horse or 5 llamas to 1 cow with respect to impact, feed, water and shelter.
For instance, animal units (AU) for horses is 1.25, cow is 1.0 and llama is 0.20.
Please let me know if you or someone you know would be interested in this opportunity.
Thanks for looking,
Dennis
