Immediately hiring for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! The position will consist of entering information into our database from paper documents. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. You must be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. This position requires a motivated, self-starter to enter a high volume of data. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Entering Data.
- Assist the laboratory staff in the coordination and processing of client samples and provide technical training and support to staff.
- Attention to Detail. (Accuracy is very important).
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management.
- Multi-Tasking.
- Ensuring all data is accurate and matches.
- Abiding by HIPAA policy
Requirements:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel.
- Extreme accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must have experience knowing medications.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
