You could own a home for less than you are paying in rent.
****This is not a home rental or a home for sale. This is a First Time Home Buyers Program with Down Payment Assistance*********************************
Have you always dreamed of owning a home but never had the savings for a down payment? Perhaps the Chenoa Fund™ program can provide the cash you need now to buy that home.
While many people do manage to purchase a home by saving for a down payment over a period of years, increasing rents and stagnant wages can make saving quite difficult.
Qualifications:
1. Borrowers will need to have a minimum FICO score of 600 and have a qualifying income less than or equal to 115% of the median income for the county in which the borrower will live. (With a credit score your middle score needs to be 600 or higher.) Please have a basic idea of what your credit score maybe.
2. Two years job history
3. First Time Homebuyer (defined have not own a home in the last three years)
4. 60k or more family income
5. Even if you have a bankruptcy, short sale, or foreclosure you may still qualify for the down payment assistant program.
The Chenoa Fund™ program consists of various down payment assistance offerings. Buyers who meet our eligibility criteria may receive a second mortgage to cover their minimum down payment requirement when purchasing a home using an FHA-insured loan or the minimum down payment requirement when purchasing a conventional loan. We believe that, by helping responsible homebuyers meet that minimum investment required for a mortgage, we create healthier communities by improving the balance between homeownership and other housing types.
