Will Trade Properties I Have For Your Beach or Waterfront Property

Seeking Cabin, Home, Cottage, Condo on Great Lakes for Other Property


I'm seeking to acquire a cabin, home, cottage, or condo on one of the Great Lakes in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan or nearby, even Ontario or the main part of Michigan, something that is suitable for me to use some as a summer place on the waterfront & rent out thru Airbnb other times thruout the year to vacationers. It must have year-round access & be winterized with indoor plumbing.


I have several properties to trade for what I seek, such as Caribbean island beach lots, acreage on Prince Edward Island in Canada with lots of timber & a stream that flows to the ocean, a couple of historic farmhouses & barns in the Central Maine mountains, & mountaintop condos in Western North Carolina. Some of these trades would require cash on your part, depending on what you have to trade me.


I prefer something fully furnished that is turnkey & rent-ready that I could use as soon as this summer. I have deeds in hand free & clear of mortgage, so the paperwork can be minimal & closings quick. Your place should also be free & clear. I have no cash to put into any trade, nor can I take on any debt in any trade I do, but I will accept cash in a trade to balance the equities.
