IMPORTANT: We are only looking for people who identify as female/male. Sorry about that!
I will be moving out of my master suite in my apartment in the middle, and am looking for somebody to take over my lease starting. I'm so sad to be leaving this apartment and my roommates, but I recently started part-time school and the commute is getting untenable.
About the room: The room is a gigantic master suite with its own full bath. Between the bedroom and the bath, you'll have about 400 sq ft all to yourself (including 3 closets!). The room also gets amazing natural light throughout the day.
About the apartment: You'll share the common spaces downstairs with 3 other girls in their late-twenties. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, so no need to buy your own, but if you do have kitchenware, there's also SO MUCH cabinet space that we haven't used up. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, sink disposal, a brand new cooktop and oven that were replaced within the last 2 years. The common space furniture will also remain. Coin-operated washer and dryer are right outside the front door.
About the location:
The college terrace neighborhood is super safe and adorable. I would both take daily walks around the neighborhood during the pandemic, and everyday, I'd see others in our neighborhood doing the same. Lots of families and Stanford students in this area.

About the roommates:
The roommates are the main reason I've sad to be leaving. We've kept each other sane during the pandemic: watching shows, getting dinner together, and doing roomie beach days. They're the most fun and thoughtful roommates that I've ever had, and whoever takes over my lease will be joining a wonderful, supportive community of women.
J is a business operations manager at a startup. Outside of work, she enjoys walks around Stanford campus, Philz coffee, reading, and keeping up with reality TV and celebrity news. You will also likely receive adorable photos of her dog, who is currently at her parents' house.
A works in education. Outside of work, she is well versed in the arts: drawing, painting, guitar, improv, dance. She loves to explore new ideas, and is a compassionate listener.
K works in healthcare and just moved in as well, so you'll have company.
Utilities and Wifi usually come out to 50-100/month, depending on the month. We split that evenly among the roommates.
