Compensation
Orientation and Training pay is $250 per day
Transition pay- minimum $1375 a week guaranteed after training.
• Home Nightly Drivers, most weekends off - Weekly earning potential $1,375-$1,800
• Regional/OTR Drivers – most weekends off - Weekly earning minimum $1750 if out all week, potential for much more. Many drivers earn over $2000 plus weekly
Hourly wages $25-$27 FOR SHUTTLING TRAILERS ETC:
Price increases with all Customers has resulted in higher weekly paychecks for our Drivers
Bonuses
• $9,000 Local/ Home Daily Sign-On Bonus paid the first year (6 months minimum tractor-trailer experience)
• $12,000 Regional/OTR Sign on Bonus (6 months minimum tractor-trailer experience)
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus paid the first year (CDL graduates of approved school)
• Driver Referral Bonus Program - $6,000 1st Driver, $8,000 2nd driver and $10,000 3rd and every driver referral after 3. Paid out during the Referred Drivers first 6 months. No Limits on Number of Referrals!
• Up To $1,400 / Quarter in Safety and Performance Bonuses....that's up to $5,600 per year!
