Cable TV is available in your room for an additional $20/month. A coin-operated washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Other supplies provided include cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. Current residents are various ages and have varied occupations.
Month-to-month rental agreement. $75 move-in fee, $125 cleaning deposit, and $51 background check required. No animals. No smoking inside. No drugs or alcohol. No overnight guests.
