If you are at least 25 years old and have 18 months of current verifiable experience with one carrier there is a chance our insurance may make an

exception for your hire.


HOME TIME:

24 hours of home time for every week under dispatch. minimum 2 weeks under dispatch required.

Stay out beyond 2 weeks and every one of those weeks = 24 more hours at home.

Regardless, we will get you home every 2 weeks if you want.

If you live near the lanes we frequent, you may be able to

have more time at home taking a 10 or a 34-hour reset,

depending on the planets being aligned. No guarantee.

Driver Referral bonus: $1,000.00 split $500.00 and $500.00 after referred driver remains employed for 3 months.


EASY MONEY: HERE'S HOW THIS WORKS:


The TRANSITION MONEY ($5,000.00) pays-out at $1,000.00 with your first payroll check. Then you will receive $1,000.00 every 3 months until the entire $5000.00 is paid.*

LOYALTY MONEY OF $1,000.00 a quarter will be paid for 1 year if you continue to work for Gill Transport, Inc*

*Must be employed by Gill Transport to collect any Loyalty and / or Transition monies.

Here's the math; If you don't spend too much time at home you should cover 90,000 -100,000 miles in 12 months. @.0.60 per mile: = $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 Add $ 5,000.00 Transition money in your 1st year= $ 59,000.00 / $65,000.00

Suddenly you're making 0.72 CPM and that doesn't even begin to take in what we call the "SIDEWAYS MONEY"

which can add 06.-0.8 CPM if you want to do that math
