Looking For A Roommate

I have a second bedroom nobody is using. I don’t mind if the roommate is a smoker but you have to smoke outside. I don’t want no drug addicts or heavy drinkers. Also you have to like cats cause I have four cats. If you have pets they are welcomed but no aggressive ones.
