Diane Wright
ROCKSTAR ASSISTANT / FUTURE CEO
YOUTUBE CREATOR, MULTI-EMMY-WINNING DIRECTOR AND ENTREPRENEUR SEEKS HARD-WORKING DEDICATED RIGHT-HAND PERSON (WORK REMOTELY)
** MASSIVE GROWTH POTENTIAL **
Hi!
I'm looking for an exceptional person to start working with me right away.
The immediate top priority will be to help me grow my channel, https://YouTube.com/mikextv.
The most recent three episodes are representative of the style moving forward. You can see them at this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8hk9KLR7D7pFZYINoBepWXDq-oIPZKMQ
(We will begin publishing 2-3 videos per week, every week, sometime in March.)
You can see more about me at https://mike.bio.
You'll also be helping me with this business: https://broq.life. (But the channel will be the primary focus - along with supporting me in the release of a new book later this year.)
I'm looking for someone who is enthusiastically interested in personal development.
If you've never watched a video by Tony Robbins, Tom Bilyeu, Jay Shetty, Ed Mylett, Lewis Howes, Trent Shelton or Brendon Burchard, then you're not the right person for this job.
If you're a good fit, that means:
1. You are a dedicated, diligent, super-hard worker. You go all-out on everything you do. You never half-ass anything.
2. You are highly educated - either with a formal education - or self-educated. (It'd be fine with me if you dropped out in 9th grade, if you've read 500 books since then.)
3. You are a great writer, you enjoy writing, and it comes easily to you.
4. You are familiar at least with the basics of Photoshop. You can grab images from videos in Quicktime, crop them, adjust color and put words on top of them in a way that looks pretty good.
5. You are (at least) pretty good with social media. A large part of your work - at least at the beginning - will be on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. If you don't actively use at least 3 out of 5 of those right now, you're not a good match. (You don't necessarily need any work experience in social media.)
6. You are an analytical thinker who is comfortable putting together spreadsheets to help make data-driven decisions. (For example: trying 50 different versions of an ad to find the best -- or analyzing which qualities of YouTube thumbnails get the best results.)
7. You are great at online research, and you will happily take on major research projects, which would typically entail making detailed and thorough outlines of material (generally in the personal development, psychology or neuroscience spaces), with tons of links to sources, using an app like Notion or Roam Research.
8. You are a voracious learner. At the beginning, two of the main components of your job will be creating/managing social media content and overseeing advertising on multiple platforms. It's totally fine if you have zero job experience in those areas. But what's essential is that you're down to make yourself into a total expert in both these areas - fairly quickly - by reading books & articles and watching videos.
9. You are down to help wherever help is needed. If the floor needs to be swept, you'll be happy to do it. (I mean "floor" metaphorically, since - at least for now - this job is 100% remote.)
10. You are a highly organized (semi-)perfectionist. You quadruple-read emails before you send them, and you sort your sock drawer by color.
11. You are very good with computers, and you own a Mac. You can easily figure out how to use a new app, and you'd enjoy doing it.
12. You're laid-back, easygoing, highly emotionally intelligent and you like to deeply connect with other human beings.
13. You are dedicated to being the best version of yourself - and getting better every day.
14. You've watched (more than one of) my videos, and you feel a deep connection to the content.
15. You're down to put in a lot of hours of hard work — and, although this is primarily Monday through Friday, you're down to work on the weekend when needed. (That should be rare.)
--
Ok, I know that's a lot.
But all 15 of those are absolutely 100% essential.
If any one of those doesn't apply to you, no need to get in touch.

There is only one way to apply for this position:
Fill out the form at https://mikex.tv/rockstar
********************************************************
I get that filling out the form may seem like a pain...
BUT - if you read those 15 points and think "that's me!", then it *absolutely* is worth your time, because there will be VERY few others who feel the same.
And you can easily complete the form in 5-10 minutes. (This is partly a way for me to filter out people who aren't interested enough to go to the effort of doing this.)
Just to be clear -
Anything other than a submission via the form at that link will be ignored.
Thanks!!!
-Mike
PS - A big part of your job, at the beginning, will be doing what's in here: https://www.garyvaynerchuk.com/how-to-create-64-pieces-of-content-in-a-day/
Job Type: Full-time, remote. Could turn into an on-site position if you're open to that.
Salary: $45k/yr - $70k/yr • Benefits starting after one year
(Slight possibility it could be above this range for an exceptionally qualified person)
