We are a mature, quiet and reliable couple seeking a small house, cabin or mobile home w/pasture and shelter for a horse for long term rental or lease, or to exchange rent for animal/land caretaking for those who might need to travel from home but require reliable and responsible care for their animals and property while away, or maybe just need some help with daily chores and responsibilities.
We are experienced with the care and feeding of dogs, horses, chickens, goats and cattle, and have been caretaking for many years. We do most general horse work, caring for the pasture and land, mucking stalls, feeding, watering, brushing, hoof picking, checking fences, etc., as well as gardening, housework and whatever other maintenance and general responsibilities are needed.
We live on a fixed but stable income. We have 1 cat and a horse which I occasionally ride.
