Full service Moving-

Labor and truck rental included- $120 P.H we provide the Team of 2 experienced labor workers, An appropriate size truck rental for your specific needs up to 24ft box truck with insurance, gas, milage fees, licensed driver, and 1 large dolly all included.


Moving Labor- (labor only NO truck included)-

$80 P.H

You provide the truck we provide the team of 2 experienced labor workers, licensed driver, and 1 large dolly included.


Full service trash/junk disposal-

Labor and truck rental included $120 P.H we provide the Team of 2 labor workers, An appropriate size truck rental for your specific needs up to 24ft box truck with insurance, gas, milage fees, licensed driver, and 1 large dolly all included. (Local dump fees for your area are not included and will be a separate charge outlined in your quote)


Indoor home/office Cleaning- P.H $40 includes 2 workers and cleaning supplies


Move out/in deep cleaning- $60 P.H Includes 2 workers and cleaning supplies add on services available.


Outdoor cleaning $60 P.H- Includes 2 workers


Carpet shampooing/cleaning-1 $50 machine rental fee per day plus $60 P.H Includes 2 workers, floor cleaning machine, and floor cleaner solution.


Indoor/outdoor Window cleaning- $60 P.H includes cleaner and tools.


Power washing- FLAT RATE

Building/house-$0.45 per S.F

Deck/porch-$0.75 per S.F

(Includes,Machine,and cleaner.)


Delivery services- FLAT + MILAGE

pick up and drop off anything legal-

MID SIZE SUV-$60 flat rate plus $1 per mile.

(Other larger items that will not fit in an SUV are the same rates as full service moving wich includes a truck rental)


Leaf cleanup and bagging- $60 P.H includes 2 workers,tools and up to 10 large yard cleanup bags.

(haul off services not included)

All CONTRACT work quoted over $1,000 requires a legal contract signed by both parties, 100% of the materials and labor costs that are outlined on the quote given to you must be paid prior to or the day of starting the work before any work will begin, to ensure safety and outline expectations for both parties. A signed receipt will be provided at time of payment. Upon the completion of the job any and all remaining or add on balances will be due immediately !
