These were just homes for the farm help to sleep in while they worked out on the farms. Obviously, both of these aint perfect, and will certainly need some work. Ceilings are the major issue due to water damage, some flooring issues as well. Selling AS-IS, and both MUST BE MOVED.
$4000 cash for both, or $2500 each
