The client is The World’s Most Popular Cruise Line with 25 ships operating 3 to 16-day voyages to The Bahamas, Caribbean, Europe, Mexican Riviera, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, New England, Bermuda, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Duties: Serve as an extension of the call center in helping connect individuals with the transportation needed to fulfill their medical needs.
• Interact with customers and providers, answering questions related to the appointment in question.
• Interact with a wide demographic , providing an exemplary level of customer service.

TRAINING dates (Not Paid) February 14th - March 9th
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET OR 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
TRAINING Call Taking (Paid) March 10th - March 24th
You must be in front of your computer to set up the account. You must use regular desktop computer or laptop with Windows 10 Operating System Required AND must be able to use hard wired internet connection.
DETAILS • Dual Core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better, 20 GB or more available
space, 60 GB or more of total space, 4 GB or RAM or better, Windows 10 A MUST
• No all-in-one computers
• No Atom, Celeron, Pentium and
