Assistant to Media Agency Owner
Seeking highly motivated individual for part-time work as an assistant to the owner of a media production & advertising agency. Candidate must have flexible availability, strong work ethic and excellent communication & customer service skills. Duties will include managing a calendar, booking flights, hotels & other travel arrangements, answering calls and relaying messages, invoicing, keeping track of equipment, running errands, uploading pictures to social media accounts & other various tasks as-needed. Assistant will be provided a business phone & laptop. Hours & locations will vary per week depending on projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking at gaining valuable, hands-on learning experience in advertising, video (including music video) production and/or marketing. Own transportation a big plus. Compensation starts at $300 every 2 weeks (regardless of hours - ranging anywhere from 5 to no more than 20 per week) with opportunity to grow.
