1099 DIRECTV INSTALLERS

Position Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service through installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading satellite television systems and equipment. Minimum Requirements: • Have your own truck and tools, with required insurance for vehicle and worker's comp • One year of satellite, cable, internet technician experience preferred • Must achieve and maintain all technical certifications • Must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check and motor vehicle report • Must be able to pass a drug screen test before contract begins • Must be able to work six days a week; which may include nights, weekends, and holidays Job Description: • Plans installations by reviewing work orders, gathering supplies, evaluating location, locating access, formulating wiring plans, and arranging equipment • Installs, upgrades and trouble shoots DIRECTV equipment • Checks satellite TV systems for correct functionality and optimal performance • Treats customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times and provides excellent customer service which meets targeted standards Serious inquiries contact Jay at 205-903-4122
